100% of profits from The House that Faux Built Project and book goes to help people and animals in natural disasters such as Hurricane Katrina, wildfires, etc. To date we have raised aproximately $50,000 for the following charities:
Habitat for Humanity-New Orleans
In 2008, Habitat-NOLA will be celebrating 25 years of building in metro New Orleans. In the past 25 years, over 200 families have benefited from this affordable home-construction program; 101 of these families have received homes since Hurricanes Katrina and Rita devastated the Gulf Coast.
